What is your returns policy?
I hope you thoroughly enjoy your product but if for whatever reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it and receive a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
How do I return an item?
Drop me an email to let me know that you would like a refund (no need to explain why unless you want to) and how you would like to receive your returned funds. Return the item in it's original condition within 30 days of purchase and once I've received it, I'll refund you.
How do I track my order?
Just drop an email to me at info@dandelionsanddragons.com and I'll let you know how long your parcel will take to arrive

What are your delivery options?
The postage for each item is indiviually priced according to size and weight. I use Royal Mail First and Second class post, or for slightly more, I can arrange for it to be tracked and signed for.
